Deposits/Payments are non-refundable! Deposits can be made with cashier's check, money order, personal check, wire transfer or via Paypal. Payments for the balance of purchase price and shipping charges, if applicable, can be made with cashier's check, wire transfer or via Paypal. Deposit and balance payments must be made for the exact amount due. Costs associated with making these payments are at the buyer's expense. There are NO exceptions to this!
If paying by cashier's check or money order, the cost of purchasing a cashier's check or money order is at the buyer's expense. Your deposit/payment will be considered "pending" until the cashier's check/money order is verified by our bank. Do NOT make checks payable to "Frigga's Franks". Contact us for name and mailing address.
If paying by personal check, your deposit will be considered "pending" until your check has cleared. This can take up to 2 weeks. Do NOT make checks payable to "Frigga's Franks". Contact us for name and mailing address.
If paying by wire transfer, your deposit/payment will be applied as soon as the funds are verified. This is usually the same day or next business day. Any fees incurred by using this method are at the buyer's expense. Contact us for wiring instructions.
If paying via Paypal, your deposit/payment will be applied instantly. Buyer must add 3.5% of deposit/payment for Paypal's surcharge fee. This surcharge fee goes to Paypal, not us. If you are not willing to pay the fee, use a different method of payment please. The Paypal email address/user ID for making online payments is friggasfranks@hughes.net.
The payment for the balance of the purchase price and any shipping charges are due 10 days prior to shipping or pick up of puppy. Failure to pay the balance on time will result in a forfeit of your deposit and/or payments and the puppy will be listed as "available" for purchase. We are not unreasonable and will work with you to the best of our abilities. You must keep us informed of any issues that you may have so we can help you. Any payment arrangements made are done so on an individual basis and we retain the right to refuse those arrangements to anyone other than the individual with whom they were originally made. Failure to follow the arrangements will be considered a breach of contract and will result in a forfeit of ALL funds paid to date.
Please contact us for the info you will need to make a deposit and/or payment, ie. name, address, bank account info, Paypal ID, etc., or with any questions or concerns regarding making payments before making the payment. No refunds will be given!
